• 13 September को केंद्र सरकार ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इन उत्पादों को छोड़कर निर्माण के लिए किसी भी लाइसेंस की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी – तंबाकू के उत्पाद, रक्षा उपकरण, खतरनाक रसायन और औद्योगिक विस्फोटक (tobacco products, defense equipment, hazardous chemicals and industrial energy)
• 13 September को भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने पेमेंट बैंकों को लघु वित्त बैंक (SAFB) लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करने की अनुमति दी और लघु वित्त बैंक के लिए न्यूनतम भुगतान-पूंजी की आवश्यकता इतनी की है – RS 200 करोड़ (पहले के 100 करोड़ रुपये के बजाय)
• विश्व बैंक समूह के इस विभाग ने भारत में वित्त उद्योग विकास परिषद (FIDC) के साथ भारत में गैर-बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियों (NBFC) के प्रशिक्षण में सहयोग करने के लिए एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए – अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्त निगम (IAFC)
