अर्थव्यवस्था (Economy)

• इस वैश्विक भुगतान समाधान कंपनी ने “आइडेंटिटी चेक एक्सप्रेस (Identity Check Express)” नामक कार्ड भुगतान सुविधा शुरू की, जो ग्राहकों को निर्बाध लेनदेन करने की अनुमति देगा – मास्टरकार्ड (MasterCard)
• नेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ एप्लाइड इकोनॉमिक रिसर्च (NCAER) के अनुसार, 2019-20 में भारत की संभावित GDP वृद्धि – 2%
• बैंकों को प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्र के ऋण प्रदाता के रूप में व्यवहार करने के लिए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने बैंकों को गैर-बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियों (NBFC) के माध्यम से इन क्षेत्रों में ऋण देने की अनुमति दी – कृषि, एमएसएमई उद्योग और किफायती आवास (agriculture, MSME industry and affordable housing)
• भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) ने 7 August को निर्धारित किया हुवाँ रेपो दर – 40%
• 7 August को भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) द्वारा अंदाजीत किया गया 2019-20 में भारत का वास्तविक या मुद्रास्फीति-समायोजित सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (GDP) वृद्धि दर – 9%

• भारत ने फिलिस्तीनी शरणार्थियों के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र राहत और कामकाज एजेंसी (UNRWA) में इतनी राशि का योगदान दिया – 5दसलाख डॉलर(5 million dollars)
• 7 August को मध्यस्थता के परिणाम हेतु अंतरराष्ट्रीय निपटान समझौतों पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र कन्वेंशन (UNISA) के 46 सदस्यों ने इस दस्ताएवज पर हस्ताक्षर किए – सिंगापुर “कन्वेंशनऑन मीडियेशन“( Singapore “Convention on Mediation” for the outcome of arbitration)
• नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता रही वह अमेरिकी महिला, जिनकी मृत्यु 5 August 2019 को हुई – टोनी मॉरिसन (Tony Morrison)

• This global payment solutions company launched a card payment facility called “Identity Check Express”, which will allow customers to conduct seamless transactions – MasterCard
• According to the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER), India’s potential GDP growth in 2019-20 – 6.2%
• To treat banks as priority sector lending providers, the Reserve Bank of India allowed banks to lend in these sectors through non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) – agriculture, MSME industry and affordable housing.
• Reserve Bank of India fixed repo rate on August 7 – 5.40%
