Starting Date for Apply Online: 27-09-2021 from Midnight
Last Date to Apply Online: 27-10-2021 till Midnight.

NOTE:- अक्टूबर, 2021 के महीने में आयोजित होने वाले असम टीईटी के परिणाम की घोषणा की तिथि से 31/12/2021 की मध्यरात्रि तक उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए जो अक्टूबर, 2021 के महीने में आयोजित किए जाने वाले असम टीईटी में उत्तीर्ण होंगे।

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2021)

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.

Assam Teacher Qualification

For Assistant Teacher (LPS): Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002.
OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
AND
(b) Passed in Assam TET for LPS, conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam..
For Asst Teacher (UPS): Graduation with 2 Year D.El.Ed, B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. and Passed Assam TET.
For Science Teacher (UPS): B. Sc. having Science as one of the subjects with 2 Year D.El.Ed, B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. and Passed Assam TET.
For Assamese Language Teacher (UPS): Graduation having Assamese as one of the subjects with 2 Year D.El.Ed, B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. and Passed Assam TET.

For Manipuri Language Teacher (UPS): Graduation having Manipuri as one of the subjects with 2 Year D.El.Ed, B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. and Passed Assam TET.
